K-Way's new jacket collection is designed to withstand the elements, offering resistance to cold, wind, storm, and rain. These jackets are part of a broader collection that focuses on performance, allowing wearers to confidently tackle the outdoors. Our aim was to visually convey how these jackets interact with nature while maintaining their functional, stylish appeal.
Approach & Aesthetics
In this film, we approached the design, motion design, and animation with the goal of creating a cinematic feeling. Each shot was designed to feel dynamic and immersive, blending real-world textures with stylized CG elements. The focus was on creating a visual narrative that invites the audience to engage with the product and feel what it might be like to wear these jackets in different environments.
By mixing realistic imagery with CG, we crafted a story that plays with the surreal. The jackets are placed in natural environments, enhanced by stylised animation to highlight their features. This combination allowed us to create a heightened sense of realism while maintaining the artistic freedom to emphasise the jacket’s qualities
